Admission And Withdrawal Rules

The management has every right to make the norms according to which they will admit or retain pupils in the school

  • Every candidate for admission must be introduced in person by one who will be responsible for the child.
  • The age for admission to the Nursery class is 3 years. The admission form should be filled in by the parents/guardian only.
  • Any pupil coming to school fresh from home should produce an official birth certificate from the respective authority to verify the date of birth given in the admission form.
  • Pupil coming from other schools must produce the transfer certificate from the school last attended duly counter signed by the  concerned authority
  • A student may be removed by school authorities on any of the following grounds.
    • Irregular Attendance
    • Constant weakness in studies.
    • Habitual idleness and disobedience.
    • Behavioural  problem
    • Indifference to the school activities.
    • Moral breach considered serious by the school authorities.
    • Failing two times in the same class.
  • Transfer certificate and other security deposits if any will be released only on clearance of the school dues.
  • Application for T.C. should be submitted seven days in advance .No T.C will be issued during holidays and also on the same day of submission of application.
  • A student who takes T.C from the school will not be readmitted  in the same academic year
  • Admission fee once paid is not refundable.

Students once admitted cannot be withdrawn without a month’s notice or a month’s fee in lieu of such a notice.

NORMS

Fresh admissions to the Classes I to IX are made only if vacancies occur. Admissions to Classes X and XII are discouraged.
Admission to class XI –Since Class-X is a terminal stage in the Secondary School scheme of education followed by the schools.  Admission to Std-XI in this school shall be considered a fresh admission.

  • Academic performance in Std-X examination is not the only criteria for admission to Class-XI.
  • Priority is given to our own students considering their regularity in attendance, consistent Academic performance in Std- IX and X together with good conduct for Seeking admission in Std-XI.
  • Students appearing for supplementary exams are not eligible for admission.
  • The admission shall be subject to scrutiny of all the students by the principal. The decision of the principal shall be final.

STREAMS

School offers optional subjects. Optional subjects once selected by the students cannot be changed after August 15th.

MATHEMATICS STREAM - For eligibility to Mathematics stream, a student should have obtained 70% or above in Maths and Science subjects in Annual Examination of the Secondary School Examination, CBSE Board.

BIOLOGY STREAM- For eligibility to the Biology stream, a student should have obtained 70% or above in Science subject in Annual Examination of the Secondary School Examination, CBSE Board.

COMMERCE STREAM- For eligibility in Commerce Stream, a student should have obtained 50 % or above in main subjects-English, Social Studies and Maths.

The principal reserves the right to refuse any admission without having to assign reasons for such an action
